Heat Treatment

Aztec IES have carried out small scale electric element based heat treatment since October 2004.

In August 2005 a new company, Aztec Heat Treatment, was created and is being developed into a complete heat treatment capable company.

The services provided by Aztec Heat Treatment encompass the following:

-	Stress Relieving Ovens

-	On Site Post Weld Heat Treatment Australia wide

-	Refractory dry outs

-	On site dry outs

Projects Undertaken:

-	EAST COAST DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING (EDE) BRISBANE Internal firing of 30m x 3m diameter vessel

-	CLYDE BABCOCK HITACHI Shutdown work, internal firing of 30m x 3m diameter vessel

-	Four off portable electric heat treatment units

-	Bas burners

-	20m3 gas fired furnace (under construction)
